In June 2003, a collective of Humboldt-based artists came together to establish a cooperative gallery on the plaza in downtown Arcata, California. Our mission, which remains unchanged, is to offer both our artists and the community a consistent, high-quality retail space and gallery that showcases local artwork. Our membership includes original founders as well as artists who have joined over the years—all of whom are skilled creators committed to presenting our work and gallery with professionalism and respect.
As member-owners, we take great pride in our enduring presence and invite you to visit and spend some time with us. One of our artists will always be on hand to guide you through the space and share the stories behind the art.
